Endeavor Capital is a privately funded asset-based lender that has been providing businesses with immediate access to short and intermediate term commercial loans for over fifteen years.   Unlike banks or other more conventional lenders that have strict guidelines, Endeavor Capital typically will commit to close a special situation transaction within a few days since the loan is entirely based on the strength of the subject collateral versus the financial condition of the borrower. The length of these loans is generally between six months and two years for amounts ranging from $100,000 - $10,000,000.
