Tony began his real estate career in 1986 as one of the founding principals of Avalon Partners (now Cressa Partners), a real estate advisory firm. Tony formed Endeavor in 1999 specifically to fund real estate bridge loans through several investment funds that he initiated through private placements.
Tony’s partnership with Kurt began at a chance meeting on a lacrosse field when they founded Endeavor Capital which was a merger between Endeavor, Inc. and Capital Trust. Together they have privately financed over $500,000,000 in private loan transactions that include such diverse projects as ski and golf resorts, condominium developments, medical facilities, transit-oriented developments and numerous land acquisitions and construction projects.
Tony received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Boston College and a Master of Science degree in communications from Boston University.
Over the past 25 years, Kurt has established an asset-based approach to private commercial real estate lending and he truly understands that every loan represents a unique situation and that each loan request requires its own consideration.
Throughout his career, Kurt has developed innovative deal structures for a remarkably diverse range of commercial property owners and has created long term relationships with banks, mortgage brokers, attorneys, real estate investors and developers.
Prior to co-founding Endeavor Capital, Kurt served as chief financial officer of Capital Trust in Boston. He received degrees in finance, accounting, and computer science from Bentley University.
